This dealer has become unresponsive!

I e-mailed 6/4, MJ e-mailed back saying she would be over the next day or Friday; she never showed up. I e-mailed again and got no response. Today I called twice, and left messages, once in the morning and then tonight when I got home since no one answers the phone; told her I this morning my phone number, to call me when she knows what's wrong and no so I called tonight and left a message I will take my business elsewhere.

Very good service; professional installation

Very pleased with EPG-NE folks. Installation had a couple glitches but was finished in good manner. Good response from dealer when e-mailing questions and comments.

Overall Satisfied

We just had a whole house generator installed by NEP and are satisfied with the results. There were a few glitches overall but we were able to resolve them and get the job completed. A few items we were not happy with was 1, the work done to fill trenches, very messy, we're going to have to redo some of that work in the Spring. 2. Plumber they used did not show up when he said he would and we had to make a few extra phone calls to get him there. He also did not leave enough room for the two propane tanks so the Propane folks had to resplice the line to get them installed. Overall, we're happy with the work by NEP... ! Not so much with the plumber.

No one home

I called 3 times and left 2 messages with this place. No one ever picks up or calls you back. Taking my business else where.

Responsiveness

Mary Jane diagnosed the problem with generator over by my description of the fault over the phone. She was able to respond to me request for assistance quickly and brought the part that was faulting. Her analysis and willingness to keep me informed of her progress was very much appreciated. I would recommend this company highly to anyone who needs Generac support._Frank
