We live in Fairfield and have done 10+ projects with New England with many more planned. Everything from multiple Tesla charges, new panels, Generac transfer switches and minor upgrades. Their team is not tiny and they can handle some serious projects but also not massive where you get an electrician that does not know your property. They know my house and the quirks and thats great for us.

I contacted Mike to have a generator installed. The process was NOT at all smooth, mostly due to his unresponsiveness and unreliability as well as what seemed to be his lack of knowledge about Generac equipment.

I asked mike to get me a replacement voltage regulator for my 25 KW system. Generator is so old the label is unreadable. Fortunately the regulator assembly had a part number. It arrived quickly and was installed and voltage adjusted getting my system back online.
