Want Respect for my moneyFebruary 16, 2013
never showed up for estimate appointment
The OWNER, Tom, was supposed to be at my house for an estimate at 7pm. He called at 5 minutes to explaining he was still at his last client and would call when he was on the way. Never heard from him and I tried to call him twice and it went through to voicemail but I could not leave a message because his mailbox was full. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. If this is how he is going to handle trying to get my business, what is it going to be like when I pay him and am trying to get my unit installed?
