This company is the best of three companies in the area that represent Generac. They understand the product. They have a large staff in the office and the field. The installation went well and they provided lightning protection which destroyed the first unit supplied by a competitor.

From beginning to end the process of installing our Generac was painless. Jason was very professional and knowledgeable of the installation process and kept us informed on progress. The only glitch we experienced was the first time we lost power the generator did not come on. Jason had forgotten to turn the gas back on when he removed his testing tools so all I had to do was turn on the gas and the unit worked fine. Jason came out the next day and ensured the system was working properly. This service was one of the main reasons we we chose them. They were very client oriented and friendly.

We had a standby home generator installed during January-February 2023. NeverDark did an excellent job and far exceeded our expectations for fit and finish. Our experience with NeverDark was the best we\u2019ve ever had with a small company. The entire staff at NeverDark was 100% professional. And they took a lot of time to answer our questions and listen to what we were trying to accomplish. (We had alot of questions, all which they patiently answered.) The final result was a beautifully neat installation. The attention to detail by the staff at NeverDark was second-to-none. Regarding customer service, we are still new in our ownership of the standby generator but NeverDark has been very attentive to any of our follow up questions and feedback. After my initial inquiry for a generator the response from a Generac representative was swift. Several references were given and of the three Never Dark Carolina contacted me within several days. An appointment was made for sales rep to address my needs which also was completed in several days. The representative was on time, friendly and professional, he addressed all my issues and questions. A deal was stuck and the installation was preformed very efficiently the office personnel keep me informed on each step and available at any time to answer any questions that I had. After the initial inquiry to installation was about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I want to thank Never Dark Carolinas for the quick and proficient service of my mother's home generator. Her generator had been inoperative for a couple of years. My Mom called one company and when they came out they said her generator was not repairable and proceeded to try and sell her a new one. She just let it sit. I live in Missouri and was worried about my mom not being protected in the event she lost power. My mom is 92 years old and cannot be without electricity.
