Great Company to work wit

Never Dark Carolinas were awesome from initial estimate to start up. Kept me fully informed thru all steps of the process.

NeverDark is the best!

Our generator was installed a couple of months ago. We've had one power outage so far and it worked perfectly. The installation and follow-up from NeverDark Carolinas was excellent. This company is fantastic to work with, and they truly appreciate your business. Everyone on their team was professional and their work was perfect.

Excellent company!

It was great working with Never Dark for our full house generator by Generac. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service and communication throughout the project. I have had some really bad experiences with contractors where I live, but Never Dark was excellent! I am very happy with my generator and it gives great peace of mind knowing that if we have another extended service outage, I will still have power!

Great Generator

I purchases the Generac Generator from Never Dark in April. They are a very professional company. Provided timely updates and information about the installation. The installation was very professional and everyone who did the installation were knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and helpful. I am extremely pleased with Never Dark and the Generac Whole Home Generator. The Generac Generator is an outstanding model for any home

My brother and I feel much better now after what happened with Helene.

Never Dark and Kohler

There were a couple of issues with the final inspection out of the control of Never Dark. Customer service was outstanding in addressing the issues with the county and facilitated final resolution. The tech and work crews were very good. The weather was cold, rainy and nasty during a good portion the generator build but they worked each day until dusk. The installation area was kept clean at all times. We could not be more pleased with the final installed product.

Great company and product

If you are considering the installation of a home electric generator, I would recommend that you seriously consider Never Dark Carolinas. We live in a wooded area where power outages are frequent occurrences and since we are older and I have some health issues we chose Never Dark Carolinas to provide and install a whole house propane driven electric generator for us. I researched prices and suppliers in our region of Upstate South Carolina and Western North Carolina and Never Dark Carolinas was superior to all others in every way. We got an excellent price on the package, but it was the people at Never Dark and their professionalism that just blew us away. The installation turned out being more challenging than expected, and just as they were getting started with the installation, we were hit by Hurricane Zeta and lost power. In response Never Dark supplied a small portable generator to see us through until the permanent unit was installed. Every person at Never Dark was professional, considerate, kind, friendly, respectful, and they kept us well informed. They went out of their way for us, and even though it cost more to them than was expected they honored the original contract price without quibble. Never Dark Carolinas is a good company with genuinely good people. If you are in the market for a back-up power source, start with Never Dark Carolinas.
