Lightning Hit

Big lightning hit transformer pole feeding the meter pole. Generator did not come on. Destroyed the arrestor on transformer and took out controller for generator and multiple fuses. Power Company got power turned on. A few days later Native Power diagnosed and replaced controller in less than an hour. While at site had them do an annual maintenance too. Top Services in my opinion.

Great job on maintenance!

I needed maintenance on my Generac 22kw generator. Native Power gave me a great price and the service was exceptional. My battery was leaking, the oil needed changing, and the valves adjusted. The valves had never been adjusted since I purchased the generator 5 years ago. Obviously, the maintenance was sorely needed. The generator now hums when it starts up. I highly recommend Native Power Systems for all your generator needs.

Really Wanted to Do Business

Generac rep recommended that I call them for warranty work. Internet site looked great. Reviews were great. However, I call at 7 am, no answer, called at 8 am, no answer. Called at 9 am and was forwarded to voicemail. Left a detailed note along with my name and phone number. That was 5 days ago and still no call back. Went to another dealer to schedule the work.

Best decision we made choosing Native. From the quotation process to the final check the process was relatively seamless and crews were very professional and polite. Shout out to the crews from TKC Construction, Soji Power Solutions (Brandon), and 3-Sixty Plumbing & Construction (Gerald)! Also want to thank Janet, very responsive and always answered my calls and/or called me back in timely manner. We started searching for a provider for a Generac home generator in 2022 and decided to use Native Power in San Antonio. We were blessed that Janet Jackson answered the phone. She did an excellent job coordinating the installation and start up for us. The estimate started with Pete and completed with Rick doing the start up. There were several individuals during the process that deserve recognition that provided professional quality work including TKC Construction, Solji’s Power Solution’s Brandon, Native Power’s Mason, and Travis from LPI, Inc. provided the natural gas hookup.
