Really Wanted to Do Business

Generac rep recommended that I call them for warranty work. Internet site looked great. Reviews were great. However, I call at 7 am, no answer, called at 8 am, no answer. Called at 9 am and was forwarded to voicemail. Left a detailed note along with my name and phone number. That was 5 days ago and still no call back. Went to another dealer to schedule the work.

Best decision we made choosing Native. From the quotation process to the final check the process was relatively seamless and crews were very professional and polite. Also want to thank Janet, very responsive and always answered my calls and/or called me back in timely manner. We started searching for a provider for a Generac home generator in 2022 and decided to use Native Power in San Antonio. We were blessed that Janet Jackson answered the phone. She did an excellent job coordinating the installation and start up for us. The estimate started with Pete and completed with Rick doing the start up. Stuck with us in a difficult post Covid post Freeze Environment

During the great Texas Freeze (2/2021), we lost power for about a week. Our little portable 8 kW generator was not designed for continuous duty and failed after 2 days. We began a search for a site mounted generator as soon as everything thawed. Nothing available, as you might imagine. After much searching, Native Power agreed to provide a 36 kW LP Generac to us. Eventually, (9 months or more), they were able to secure a machine for us.

The installation was clean and very professionally done, and the installers were always prompt, hardworking, and friendly. I love having the reassurance that my power will not be interrupted again. Excellent Dealer

Everyone there made our visit a very pleasurable experience. They not only made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, but they immediately located the mechanical issue, repaired it, and got us on the road. I've never received such excellent service from any company ever. I can honestly say that anyone dealing with this dealer will be dealing with the best of the best.
