National Heating & Plumbing

Disappointed.....

In August 2023, my husband and I purchased a Generac from National Heating & Plumbing and from the beginning things were off. After we finalized our financing, they gave us the run around as to when it was going to be installed. Once installed, they left a huge mess where they installed it. We had to call them to come and clean it up. They called my husband to come back and explain the setup and they did follow up on that but we never received any paperwork such as the owner's manual and they also left no keys for the generator. We have called repeatedly and first they said that guy doesn't work there anymore and then they started saying they would call us back. We have yet to receive a call from them. I'm sure we have missed the window to get our Generac registered and under warranty which we are extremely upset about, not to mention we don't have any keys to open it to change the oil, etc. We are very disappointed with National Heating & Plumbing and would not recommend them.

Dependable and Thorough

Ordered a back-up generator. It was installed with adequate notice and detailed updates. They worked quickly and cleaned up all areas they disturbed. Would definitely hire again!
