Unresponsive
Unable to recommend this dealer. They unexpectedly arrived about an hour and 45 minutes before our agreed appointment time to provide an estimate. I was not there due to another obligation. I called them the next morning to schedule another appointment with them but they did not answer the phone. I left a voicemail requesting another appointment but they never returned my call. If they did not want to reschedule the appointment simply be courteous and call the customer back and let them know.

Nathan Snyder electric installed a generac generator at my residence..I was very satisfied with the results.what I liked the most was that there was one small issue and Nathan immediately took care of it ..I've been in business over 40 years and that is the sign of a true professional.!!!.I liked everyone working on the job and especially liked Nathan I would recommend this company to my mother..william guinn..BILLS CUSTOM CONCRETE INC...

Professional and Knowledgeable!
Nathan responded quickly to my inquiry. He arrived on time and provided a quote same day. Once I decided to move forward, he got me in his schedule. Later he was able to move me up because his schedule changed. His installation crew arrived on time and were courteous and professional.
