I was looking for a whole-house standby generator. I received proposals from three companies referred by Generac. Nasr Electric was the best by far. The price was far better and I found the staff personable, courteous and very knowledgeable. No "up selling" or recommendations for features that I didn't need. I will not hesitate to call on Nasr Electric again should I need an electrical contractor.

Great experience with generator install

I was very pleased with Nasr Electric for my generator install. They explained and walked me through each step of the install and then came back and showed me how to operate it, sign up for the warranty, and download the monitoring app.

The Dealer and his installation team were what everyone would want

At early stages, the quote I received was about $3k lower than the first quote. As preparation was done, he had an electrician on the outside & one on the inside. Both used a debris box & all trash went into the box. Entering the house, everyone wore booties. His pro that did the gas work was just as considerate & as good or better than the electric pros. Two gas inspections passed on the first try as did the final inspection.

From start to finish (and beyond) our experience with Joseph Nasr for our standby home generator has been OUTSTANDING. He gave us a good price, kept us posted on when it would arrive and when he would install and was true to his word on everything. We have had our generator for over a year with no issues and his company came out to perform the annual maintenance without my needing to call and schedule it. Mr Nasr is easy to talk to and very responsive to my questions and concerns about this purchase. I referred my neighbor to him and they were also pleased. Another neighbor has switched to NASR for their existing generator maintenance. Go with NASR!
