I was looking for a whole-house standby generator. I received proposals from three companies referred by Generac. Nasr Electric was the best by far. The price was far better and I found the staff personable, courteous and very knowledgeable. No "up selling" or recommendations for features that I didn't need. I will not hesitate to call on Nasr Electric again should I need an electrical contractor.

I was very pleased with Nasr Electric for my generator install. They explained and walked me through each step of the install and then came back and showed me how to operate it, sign up for the warranty, and download the monitoring app.

Punctual, transparent, helpful, informative. These are the qualities we witnessed in dealing with Joseph Nasr master electrician- for the installation of our back up generator.

At early stages, the quote I received was about $3k lower than the first quote. As preparation was done, he had an electrician on the outside & one on the inside. Both used a debris box & all trash went into the box. Entering the house, everyone wore booties. His pro that did the gas work was just as considerate & as good or better than the electric pros. Two gas inspections passed on the first try as did the final inspection.

Happy with the service. Nasr and his team were experts in their field, professional, very responsive, friendly and have great people skills.

Joseph presented himself as a knowledgable professional. He provided a very detailed plan for installation. This involved a cement slab for the generator, running gas lines across the distance of my entire house to the underground propane tank and, of course, the electrical hook up with two new panels that provide for the operation of the unit. The original installer went out business. My best friend used Nasr and was impressed. My generator had not been serviced in 3 years. The red light was on. Based on my friend's recommendation, I called and Nasr responded immediately and came to service the generator in 2 days. Nasr worked with me to identify two different possibilities for the location of the standby generator, and gave two estimates which were both very competitive. The location I chose needed some prep, which he outlined (the site needed building up so as to allow proper clearance). Nasr made the arrangements for Wash Gas to fix the gas line/meter. After the site was ready, Nasr scheduled a time to complete the installation.The work was done efficiently. We tested the generator and it worked fine. (So far I haven't had to use it -- and I hope I never do! )

My gas connection was from the opposite side of my house rendering the gas pressure some what unstable. My technician kept at it though through numerous visits and adjustments until it was stable.

Very responsive. Reasonable bid for "heavy up" replacement panel. (150>200 amp) Additionally, installed, surge protection and transfer switch and external plug for generator. Effecient and excellent clean up post completion and follow up.

She obviously had concerns when she found out I had electricians replacing our panel and adding a transfer box for a generator the day it was supposed to happen. Joseph and his crew accommodated our needs and made sure everything was up and running, then Joseph personally came by the next day to tidy up and finish up since they wanted to be sure they were out of my wife\u2019s hair while she prepped for the party before I got home.
