I contracted with this company to install my generator in 2017. At first very responsive friendly and professional.However over the years I have been with them their lack of customer service and professionalism has dropped significantly.The owner Steve is very obnoxious and not customer focused. He doesn't want to be questioned and just wants to charge you for anything he can.Also he signs you up with another monitoring service that is NOT Generac Mobile Link and charges more money. I just found this out when I fired him and went with another dealer.Please stay away and I don't reccomend his company to provide you with any Generac service

Very poor customer service, owner Steve is rude. No one answers phone you always have to leave a message and then it can be days before you hear back from them even if you leave multiple messages. Required credit card up front and then overcharged me and didn't provide an invoice. I have been doing business with them for over 8 years and never had this problem. Maybe a new owner? Acts like he doesn't want your business. Don't use unless you want problems.

terrible install process...rude, unreliable, unprofessional is an understatement...sales person's gone dark when I try to contact him thru email & calls...been trying to talk to him for over a month...our unit still isnt completely installed....go elsewhere!!

I liked that this was a one stop shop. I got several quotes from other dealers and when adding up all of their ad ons, this one actually came in less. I would recommend Naples Generator. The sales rep, maintenance technician, and the office manager that I talked to each step of the way were all friendly and professional too.

Everything went smooth from start to finish. It was easy filling out the form on the website. The sales person called and was friendly and knowledgable. Everything was installed on time.

I have been a customer for a several years and trusted Naples Generator. However they seemed to have trouble finding good help. They sent a technician that told me that he doesn't work on home generators but he will try to help. He said I needed new battery and then he told me a I need a new breaker box. I called and said send someone else. The next person fixed the issue without touching the breaker box. However I had to fight to get a refund for the first visit. Stay away.

It took 10 months to get the generator. They failed inspection twice! How can you fail a generator installation 2 time when tha,s all you do!

Came in asking for not just one, several generators purchase quote and the indifference of all personnel was frustrating. No one showed the motivation for selling at all. Nobody paid attention for a customer that just walked in. The only person that at least asked "may I help you?", never moved her eyes away from her computer's monitor.Generac needs to think twice keeping the dealership to these people

We were a long standing customer of Naples Generator who had to change because of poor response time. Usually took many calls.

I was told by Genrac to contact this specific dealer about getting a whole home generator installed.

LIKE "BD" IN 2014, I FOUND THAT THE OWNER HAS A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE & ACTS AS IF HE WOULD BE DOING YOU A FAVOR BY "ACCEPTING" YOUR BUSINESS.

We just recently had a whole house generator installed by Naples Generator and had a tremendous experience. The owner, office staff, and installers were professional in every respect.

I HAD CALLED AND SPOKE TO STEVE LAST YEAR. HE WAS VERY RUDE THEN WHEN I HAD CALLED FOR PRICING. HE WAS VERY EXPENSIVE COMPARED TO OTHER DEALERS LISTED ON THE GENERAC SITE AND I ASKED HIM WHY HE SAID COSTS ARE HIGH. I THOUGHT AFTER A YEAR THINGS MIGHT CHANGE SINCE HE IS LISTED AS A POWERPRO ELITE DEALER, HE IS STILL RUDE AND AS EXPENSIVE AS CAN BE !! I WAS SPECIFIC AS TO WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND WANTED A QUOTE TO COMPARE A 36KW LIQUID COOLED GENERATOR, W/200 AMP SHEDDING PANEL. I WANTED TO COMPARE APPLES TO APPLES. HE CAME IN AT $6K HIGHER IN PRICE FOR THE GENERATOR AND FOR THE 1000 GAL PROPANE TANK $3K HIGHER. HE ASKED ME THOSE WERE LIGIT QUOTES I TOLD HIM I HAD THEM IN WRITING, HE SAID THEY ARE LOOSING MONEY AND DID I SEE THE COST OF THE GENERATOR AND PARTS ALONE? I TOLD HIM YES. BUT THAT GOES TO SHOW HOW MUCH HE MARKS THINGS UP. HE ALSO USES A CRANE FOR THE GENERATOR INSTALL, A LARGE EXPENSE. HE SAID VERY RUDELY USE SOMEONE ELSE AND GOOD LUCK WITH THEIR WORK. I TOLD HIM THEY ARE ALSO LISTED ON GENERAC'S SITE. I'M SURE I'LL BE HAPPY WITH THEM. I CURRENTLY HAVE A GENERAC GENERATOR THAT I BROUGHT OVER FROM MY OLD HOME, HOWEVER IT IS NOT POWERFUL ENOUGH TO HANDLE THE LOAD AT MY NEW HOME, OTHERWISE I WOULD BE USING IT !! I WOULD RECONSIDER STEVE AS A TOP DEALER, HE IS NOT THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL THAT YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM A TOP DEALER. IF SOMEONE QUESTIONS HIS PRICES HE GETS VERY UPSET INSTEAD OF MAYBE TRYING TO WORK WITH A CUSTOMER !!
