Well had our 40kw liquid cooled Generac generator serviced by another company several times but always ended up having more issues afterwards. After they performed the annual service it quit running at all. Due to covid19 they said that they aren't running service calls now. Weeks later no response. I called Paul at North Florida Maintenance Services and he came out the same day and found several issues and corrected them all. His prices are extremely reasonable and he is extremely professional and knows Generac generators well. We now have our generator running as designed and highly recommended Paul. Our neighbor had their generator installed by Paul Perry, the owner/operator of North Florida Maintenance & Repair Service, LLC. We contacted Paul, who promptly came out to our residence and provided us with the best installation price, which he installed on the following day. He also provided referrals for a propane company, which was also provided the best price for a tank & propane.
