We have had Paul service our Generac generator in the past and he has always provided fast professional and courteous service. We had a different issue with our 40kw Generac and Paul had it repaired so fast we could hardly believe it. It is running as designed once again thanks to Paul. Well had our 40kw liquid cooled Generac generator serviced by another company several times but always ended up having more issues afterwards. After they performed the annual service it quit running at all. Due to covid19 they said that they aren't running service calls now. Weeks later no response. I called Paul at North Florida Maintenance Services and he came out the same day and found several issues and corrected them all. His prices are extremely reasonable and he is extremely professional and knows Generac generators well. We now have our generator running as designed and highly recommended Paul. He will now be our service provider for all of our generator purchases and services. Thank you Paul for all of your help.

Awesome Experience

Our neighbor had their generator installed by Paul Perry, the owner/operator of North Florida Maintenance & Repair Service, LLC. We contacted Paul, who promptly came out to our residence and provided us with the best installation price, which he installed on the following day. He also provided referrals for a propane company, which was also provided the best price for a tank & propane. Paul then came back to preform the initial start-up and took the time to review and answer all the questions that we had about our system (Generac 22kW Standby Generator with Automatic Transfer Switch). Paul was very responsive to our calls and always arrived on time and well equipped to perform whatever task that was needed. We were so impressed with Paul's knowledge and integrity that we have already decided that he will service our unit on an annual basis. It is so refreshing to deal with someone who is a real professional and takes pride in his workmanship.
