My Generator Guy

Great service

I shopped for a generator installation My Generator Guy priced it right away after a quick interview, and was installed quickly and professionally. They are the best. It is nice when a company does what it says they will do.

Nobody Does It Better!!

Started with a bad contractor who worked to install the generator & ATS over a 3 month period!! Went to My Generator Guy in late December and it was up and running in early January. Got a detailed proposal explaining what was needed for the fix. Fast, no headaches. Still, I worried because of my past experience. A few days ago, there was a power outage. The generator came on and turned off without a hitch. Strong recommendation.

This dealer is great!

Greg and the team at MY GENERATOR GUY were terrific. Greg was very knowledgeable about the product options and took great care in designing a system that met all our needs. He offered flexible options and we were able to get just what we wanted. He and the team kept us well informed throughout the install and made sure that everything worked as we expected. We were updated on options for monitoring the system once it was complete. Fantastic job, Greg. Also many thanks to Jason, Brandon, and Heather.

Highly recommended

Greg is one of best contractors/dealers I have worked with - highly knowledgeable on generators and Generac, and a very professional experience all around. He was also available seemingly 24/7 - unheard of in these times! He replaced a Generac generator up at our house that had been destoryed in the Sonoma fires. I have no reservations recommending him and MyGeneratorGuy.

Do not use them

I took my generators in for warranty work on 12/01, called on 12/15 to find out the status and was told they would not even look at them until "some time" in January!! Lousy service, Edwin

great professional job

Greg did a great professional job, going extra miles to overcome unexpected problems with generator installation in my city. Would highly recommend him

Great job with a complex install

Greg has done a great job at two different houses. At the first house, he came and properly configured a generator that was installed incorrectly. At my current house, he installed a generator, along with propane backup, and made sure that various things that use power at my home were connected, including the pool stuff and the gates. I have PV solar on my roof and I feared that it would complicate things, but he did a fantastic job. I recommend him.

Highly Recommend!

From our very first impression, we have had such a positive experience with this dealer. My Generator Guy has taken such great care of us, consistently going above and beyond our expectations. In addition to our generator needs, he has lent his electrical/solar expertise to solve problems and issues for us that no other electrician was able to do. We would not hesitate to recommend My Generator Guy to anyone needing generator and/or electrical services.

Great Service

Before finding My Generator Guy - I had disappointing service for a high price. I called many generator services in SF Bay Area and all very expensive and appointments far out. Then I found 'MY' Generator Guy and he exceeded my expectations. Tech came right out the next morning and got my baby running - which had a number of problems - like loose valves - probably result of the disappointing service I used last 2-3 times. MY Generator Guy was friendly, fast, effective and my bill which just arrived is VERY reasonable . . . happy to pay for GREAT service.

Great dealers

Greg is an expert and a pleasure to work with. Greg met with me on site and we discussed my needs. I wanted a automatic whole house generator. He gave me a quote with options, that would enhance our system. Installation: Greg and his crew were professional, neat and the installation went perfect. He ran the load test and it is up and running. I recommend Greg --"My Generator Guy"--
