MY GENERATOR GUY

I shopped for a generator installation My Generator Guy priced it right away after a quick interview, and was installed quickly and professionally. They are the best. It is nice when a company does what it says they will do.

Started with a bad contractor who worked to install the generator & ATS over a 3 month period!! Went to My Generator Guy in late December and it was up and running in early January. Got a detailed proposal explaining what was needed for the fix. Fast, no headaches. Still, I worried because of my past experience. A few days ago, there was a power outage. The generator came on and turned off without a hitch. Strong recommendation.

Greg and the team at MY GENERATOR GUY were terrific. Greg was very knowledgeable about the product options and took great care in designing a system that met all our needs. He offered flexible options and we were able to get just what we wanted. He and the team kept us well informed throughout the install and made sure that everything worked as we expected. Greg is one of best contractors/dealers I have worked with - highly knowledgeable on generators and Generac, and a very professional experience all around. He was also available seemingly 24/7 - unheard of in these times! He replaced a Generac generator up at our house that had been destoryed in the Sonoma fires. I have no reservations recommending him and MyGeneratorGuy.

I took my generators in for warranty work on 12/01, called on 12/15 to find out the status and was told they would not even look at them until "some time" in January!!

Greg has done a great job at two different houses. At the first house, he came and properly configured a generator that was installed incorrectly. At my current house, he installed a generator, along with propane backup, and made sure that various things that use power at my home were connected, including the pool stuff and the gates. I have PV solar on my roof and I feared that it would complicate things, but he did a fantastic job. I recommend him.

Before finding My Generator Guy - I had disappointing service for a high price. I called many generator services in SF Bay Area and all very expensive and appointments far out.
