A whole-house genertor was on our bucket list....which became a priority after a direct hit of the 2019 tornado took out many of our trees, tore our electrical wires off the house and snapped the electrical pole in front of our house resulting in 36 hours of no power.

After seeing my 86 year-old Mom suffer through the anxiety and discomfort of three different storm related power outages this past winter, enough was enough and I decided to have a generator installed. Because I am-- personally-- about as mechanically inclined as an oyster I telephoned a trusted friend and contractor here in Brewster, who told me he could recommend no one more highly than Robert Murphy. Mr. Murphy has been absolutely WONDERFUL. He provided detailed information about all aspects of the installation and the equipment; he took care of everything personally, and was prompt, friendly and extremely professional at all times. The financial arrangements were more than fair and he couldn't have been better in every respect.

Storm Mar 02, 2018

We purchased our home June 2017. The Generac was not working properly in Dec 2017, we called Mr. Murphy, he was out and fixed our Generac, Outstanding. Last night March 2, 2018 we had what appeared to be a Generac related issue. I called Mr. Murphy (at 5:45pm) he managed to get to our home negotiated a maze of trees wire and debris on the road etc. due to the storm. He made it to our home. Mr. Murphy tested the system, All was perfect. I might add my issue we me.
