MT Salem Electric

A pleasure to work with

Mt Salem was a pleasure to work with: responded promptly to calls and emails, set my expectations on the process and timeline, and the installers were great. When we decided to install a whole-house generator, I checked in with neighbors who had gone that route and they all recommended Mt Salem.

New Standby Generator

Dealing with Mt Salem was just such a pleasurable experience. From Sales, Back Office and Installation crew, everyone was just so polite professional and helpful. Highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend

Organized and straightforward to deal with. On time and on budget. Excellent installation and great to work with.

Look no further!

Outstanding service. Daniella was a true professional, extremely well-organized and communicative. She anticipated virtually every question and provided a clear description of the process with updates as needed. I give Mt. Salem my highest possible recommendation.

Couldn't Be More Pleased

I got quotes from two dealers in my general area from the Generac Website. The reason why I chose Mt Salem Electric over the other is that the owner Mike came out and explained everything and did my quote. The other company sent a sales man, and their price was thousands more. Installing a whole house generator is a big project with a lot of steps and I can't imagine it going better than it did. Everyone we dealt with at Mt. Salem Electric was extremely professional. We Couldn't Be More Pleased

Outstanding !!!!

Excellent Service and communication thru out entire process . Extremely Knowledgeable and professional team. Mike and Daniella always kept me informed and responded quickly to my many questions. Once Generator was activated my tutorial was awesome. I quickly got up to speed on working with the mobile link app and control panel on my Generac. I Highly recommend Mt Salem Electric team. They really just made it easy .

Excellent work.

We got three estimates, price was not the only consideration. Of the three business owners, Mike at Mt. Salem was the most informative and courteous. Mike took his time with explanations and answered all of our questions. If a friend or neighbor asked us for a recommendation, I would say I did my due diligence in research and highly recommend Mt.Salem, Mike and his crew.

Highly recommend Generac

My generator was installed last month 12/24. The entire process from start to finish was exceptional. All the paperwork for permits ect. Were processed by Mt Salem. The installation team were very professional and highly trained. I could not be happier withe the whole process. I highly recommend Mt Salem for Generac products

Clear installation plan

Very good communication and coordination - Daniella.

Great Experience

Mike, Daniella, and all of the Mt Salem technicians were great. The installation was done efficiently, disruption was minimal, and when they were finished at end of the day, other than seeing a new generator and related components you would not know they were there. Thanks.
