I had no idea that the process to install a generator was so extensive. With so many steps involved, the office at Mt. Salem handled every detail with ease and kept me apprised at every turn. When my generator arrived, it was not up to their standards so without a word from me they promptly removed it and replaced it for a new one. I am so glad that I selected them for this project.
