Too busy to follow up

MT Generators must be a good company; they are too busy to follow up on a request for a generator proposal. Manny told me two times he would call in the coming weeks.There are too many companies with good reputations doing this kind of business to wait for MT to call back. At some point the economy will turn and demand will drop and Manny will wonder why nobody is calling.

As good as it gets!

A home generator is only worth having if it operates perfectly every time you need it, which is always during an emergency. Thanks to the mechanical expertise, oversight and responsiveness of Manny and MT Generators, my generator has worked flawlessly whenever we have lost power, including for 4 days 2 weeks ago. I give MT my highest endorsement/recommendation.

New house, wanted piece of mind.

We built a new house in Westerly and we found that we have a pressurized sewer system. This system failed a couple times early on and it wasn't pleasant. If the power goes out it won't work at all, yuk. We are retired and wanted to live as trouble free living as possible. I knew we needed a backup generator for the house.Our builder recommended MTGenerators.The builder had a 22Kw model that he got from them and he hadn't used it, so he sold it to me. I called MTG and setup the installation. They came when they said they would with everything they needed for the install.MTG has years of experience and are local. Any time I have had a question or concern I have had no problem contacting them and getting answers.We have had the generator since we moved in 2 years ago and I must say, it is never on my mind. MTG annually comes out to change the oil and do preventative maintenance.Just had a 3 day power outage, no problem.Neighbor has a Generac too, got it through another source. His never started. I believe it really does matter who installs and maintains your equipment, you can't beat experience. You will probably have a good results, not to mention the piece of mind if you go with MTG.

Fortunately, I have not had to use the generator for long periods of power outage but I feel confident with the generator at my house. The weekly test runs without issue.
