Manny and Team installed our 22kw Generic standby generator in December of 2019 and we couldn't be happier! They immediately respond to our questions about the generator or if there is a problem. They quickly resolve all issues. Their service of the generator is top rate. We look forward to many more years with M T Generators!

Great service

Recently I needed an emergency service call to repair my generator before a storm. They came right out and fixed the issue promptly.

Refused to Service (Non emergency)

My elderly and disabled in-laws 7.5kw Powerpact needs service, they rely on the generator during outages to operate many devices needed for care and mobility at home including an elevator to enter and exit the house. I recently took over all of the home maintenance and my In-laws were unable to remember who did the initial installation. I contacted the most local shop listed which happen to be MT Generators. They responded quickly but after they drove out to look at it, I was told they do not service machines that are not remotely monitored.?? This machine is listed as a product they sell on the MT Generator website, I would expect a dealer for Generac would service what they sell? I guess they don't want the work. I have contacted the only local Premier dealer in the area and they are scheduled to be out in 48 hours. If your in the market for a generator, or service I dont recommend MT Generators.

Too busy to follow up

MT Generators must be a good company; they are too busy to follow up on a request for a generator proposal. Manny told me two times he would call in the coming weeks. There are too many companies with good reputations doing this kind of business to wait for MT to call back. At some point the economy will turn and demand will drop and Manny will wonder why nobody is calling.

As good as it gets!

A home generator is only worth having if it operates perfectly every time you need it, which is always during an emergency. Thanks to the mechanical expertise, oversight and responsiveness of Manny and MT Generators, my generator has worked flawlessly whenever we have lost power, including for 4 days 2 weeks ago. I give MT my highest endorsement/recommendation.

New house, wanted piece of mind.

We built a new house in Westerly and we found that we have a pressurized sewer system. This system failed a couple times early on and it wasn't pleasant. If the power goes out it won't work at all, yuk. We are retired and wanted to live as trouble free living as possible. I knew we needed a backup generator for the house. Our builder recommended MTGenerators.The builder had a 22Kw model that he got from them and he hadn't used it, so he sold it to me. I called MTG and setup the installation. They came when they said they would with everything they needed for the install. MTG has years of experience and are local. Any time I have had a question or concern I have had no problem contacting them and getting answers. We have had the generator since we moved in 2 years ago and I must say, it is never on my mind. MTG annually comes out to change the oil and do preventative maintenance. Just had a 3 day power outage, no problem. Neighbor has a Generac too, got it through another source. His never started. I believe it really does matter who installs and maintains your equipment, you can't beat experience. You will probably have a good results, not to mention the piece of mind if you go with MTG.

We have been very satisfied with our generator. Manny has answered all our questions and has kept us informed of all facets of the performance of the generator. He is very helpful and courteous and we are very satisfied with our purchase.

Fast, Professional, Quality work!

I have been wanting a whole house generator for many years. I saw Manny's van in traffic one day with the "MT Generator" logo. I have known Manny for a very long time so I called him. He came over that day, explained what I needed, and we made the deal. Despite the catastrophes in Texas and Florida at the time, where I'm sure most of the generators were going, he still had us up and running only a few days later than expected.
