I had a generator installed by an electrician not certified by Generac. When problems resulted, M.R. Teas diagnosed and fixed the numerous issues. Excellent service and extremely knowledgeable. I would have saved a lot of money and frustration had I called M.R. Teas first.

Mr. TEAS didn't call me back like he said he would. I waited a few days and called him to find out what was going on. On the phone he talked rudely to me about how busy he was because of the recent storm. I asked him politely because he was busy if I should call another contractor for Generac for this and he said and I quote "do it if you have to" and then hung up on me. I then called him back to find out what was going on and got yelled at. Very unprofessional considering I may spend thousands of dollars on this product.

Melvin (from M.R. Teas) is very knowledgeable and friendly. He came out and figured out what was wrong with my generator, ordered the parts and then fixed it. The generator is running great and No more problem!! I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is going to install or already has their generator installed and needs any service.
