I just had my new Generac generator installed a few weeks ago because I'm worried about my sump pump not working in a power outage along with my freezer and refrigerator. for a while my sump pump would run quit regularly in the spring and rainy season and I feel if I just put in a battery backup sump pump the battery would go dead and flood the basement. our last power outage was 2024 and the power was out for 23 hrs. I had an old generator from the 1990's and that isn't reliable enough but it kept the basement dry but I couldn't run the refrigerator or the freezer at the same time. with the whole house Generac generator installed by Mr Holland's I can sleep with peace of mind that my house will be comfortable and worry-free when storms blow through. all the technicians were kind, courteous, efficient, professional and sometimes funny while they were installing all that needed to be installed for the smooth operation of the generator.

We contacted Mr. Holland's about getting a Generac home generator installed. TJ came to our house to give us an estimate and was very friendly and professional. He thoroughly explained everything about the process and answered all of our questions. In about two weeks the installation team arrived with our new generator. Nick and Dominic took care of hooking the generator up to our gas line, and Andrew and Ian completed the electrical set up. Like TJ, all four of these guys were friendly and professional and answered all of our questions and concerns. They did an excellent job of explaining the operation of the generator. Dealer works with customer needs

Dealer found a perfect installation spot for the generator with the limited physical size available. Dealer also was able to install new gas and electrical lines in a small house basement, without causing any interference for the customer's existing clothes lines. Dealer cleaned up all debris created in the installation.

Mr. Holland's Generac install

Last August we were looking into a back up generator for our house after having a 11 and a half hour power outage from a storm. Our freezer groceries were fine but we ended up throwing out a lot of the refrigerated items we had. We decided we were going to get a whole house back up and contacted several contractors. The quote from Mr. Holland's was the one we chose because other contractors would only do the generator and that left the gas connections and even some of the electrical to other contractors. Mr. Holland's does it all so if there are any issue you call 1 business. By the way there have been no issues. Our unit runs a weekly self-test every Tuesday at noon and I get a message telling me that everything is OK. 2 days ago we had our first power outage since the install and the power was out for 4 and a half hours. I'm happy to say the generator worked flawlessly. When we lost power the unit started in less than a minute and we were back in power. I cannot say enough good things about the crew that did our install and the team including sales and service. I would highly recommend anyone considering a backup generator system to contact your Generac product dealers. The product is top notch and a great warranty too. We decided to use Mr. Holland's after seeing all the positive reviews online no matter where we looked. In short I would do it again in a heartbeat.

We had the best experience ever!!

We had a crew from Mr. Holland's install a Generac generator. They worked through a cold rainy day with no complaints what so ever.. They explained what they were going to do. The crew worked well together and got along nicely. All very kind with easy smiles!! We live in a neighborhood that when it storms out the power on our side of the street goes out while across the boulevard all houses have power. Many times for days at a time. We talked about getting a Generac generator for a short time before calling Mr. Holland's for a quote. We made an appointment the same day to have one installed. Best thing we did , no more worrying about power outages. The peace of mind knowing we won't be left in the dark again!!! The people at Mr. Holland's were so professional throughout the process. We plan to use them for all our household needs from now on!!! Great company and the Generac generator is now our peace of mind for the future !!! You should get yours today!!! Mr. Hollands exceeded expectations.

Install of our new Generac occurred on time, crew was very efficient and communicated throughout the process. A call back was required for a minor repair. Dealer was responsive and completed repair next day. Overall experience was very positive including excellent follow up.
