4 weeks of waiting only to get stood up

I waited 4 weeks for them to come down for a Generator install estimate. 8/21/23 and they were a no show...no call, no nothing. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't hire them to change a light bulb. And NO MR. ELECTRIC.....my appointment was scheduled for the MORNING and I kept the email that says that. If you'd like to see it.....send me your email and I'll forward it to you. There was NO confusion on my part. It was YOUR company that dropped the ball. Time for you to OWN IT and don't blame the customer who waited 4 weeks to only get stood up. Here's the email YOU guys sent me.....Read it. It says IN THE MORNING.

3 weeks and no call back.

I was referred to this company for a standby generate install, and found out their customer service stinks. After no call back in 3 weeks, and sending in a bunch of photo's that they wanted. I called them again today. Their response was.....oops....sorry, I have no idea why we have never gotten back to you. I'll contact the owner and have him get back to you when he can. Yeah....great service.

Outstanding, very professional.

I installed a 22K and had 4 different company's come out so I could interview them and get a bid. Mr, Electric was not the lowest bid but their expertise was outstanding. I would recommend them.

No follow up.

Called April 17, sent photos and info on April 18. No response until I called twice on April 24. Told they were busy, but would call me back. Left msg with answering service on April 25, told me someone would call Monday April 27. It's April 28 and still no call. Obviously they don't need the business to install a 22 kw genrac I wanted.

Eventhough they don't provide the service I needed, they were very helpful and friendly. They took the time to find someone that could help me. Thank you Scott.
