Mr. Electric provided insight and technical support in helping me make my decision on which whole home generator was best for my application. The sales team was also helpful in ensuring I was able to maximize my savings by bundling as appropriate for my specific needs. The installation team was top notch and very patient during the installation process. My new home had a few issues with the natural gas supply. The installation team patiently worked with the home builder to ensure all was fully operational before they departed. I would recommend Mr. Electric to anyone who needs this type of service and support.

In the end....

The generator works great - it tool several trips to get it right and they didn't update the propane regulator like the sales person (who was awesome) told me they would have to do. This resulted in our propane stove not working which required several emails to get them to resolve. Overall satisfied with purchase....it just took to many steps and follow-up visits on my part.
