Mr. Electric installed my generic system. I had pretty good service for a few years. Lately, their service has been terrible. My maintenance service bill has increased significantly in the last two years. They don't even return their calls, and blocked my app subscription without my notification or knowledge.

No call. No show. Unprofessional.

Attempted to get quote to have Whole home Back up generator installed. Never called, never showed up, highly unprofessional and a waste of time.

Dealer is Top Notch, Second to None!

Have had many issues with another dealer that installed Generator. Mr. Electric has made EVERTHING right. They have gone above and beyond.If you are looking for Expertise, Customer Service, Punctuality, Getting the job done right the FIRST TIME and Professionalism, then I would say, that you don't need to look any further. Mr. Electric is a full-service Generac company. The office personnel is very nice.

Very Thorough and Complete!

Mr. Electric had our welcome kit sent to us the next day! When the service tech came out a few days later, he followed up and made sure we received our packet, and that we didn't have any questions prior to him beginning his quote. We loved our passionate he was about his career and the way the he conveyed it through to us left no questions! Keep up the good work

False advertisement

Called Tuesday for a free quote which we scheduled for this Friday 4/19 was told the technician would be here at 4:00 pm. Well at 4:30 I called the office as I had not heard from anybody, was put on hold and the recorded message states that the sales people are prompt and on time and if not they will call if late, thus the false advertisement. I asked why I had not been called and it was the same old excuse about being busy. Very disappointed so far with this company.
