Jeff and his wife and daughter are the absolute best in my book and to cut it short they are experts at what they do and will never have to worry about what is going on i assure you they will keep you informed. Good honest Christian people. If you need a generator or any type of electrical work done I would look no further Jeff is your man!!!!!

one they came when they said they would, very professional, felt confident enough to leave them at our house alone. any questions I had o have they answer . had a new gas line in front of house put in gas was off. One phone call 2 hours later they were there to check generator out. they checked pressure on gas regulator to sure it hadn't changed. checked computer, running of generator . everything checked out very pleased with service . i usually don't recommend people ,but Jeff Craft the owner I would recommend Highly , Mountaineer Power is Awesome

Had Jeff at Mountaineer Power & Fiber Optics look at an electrical problem at my house that two other electricians could not find. He quickly found the problem and corrected it. Decided to try Mountaineer on the new whole house generator I was considering. My Generac is now installed and I am very happy with Jeff at Mountaineer Power and Fiber Optics and my Generac.

Had oil changed on our generator. Our unit did not have the AC on it, they said it could be done and attached a convention box to regulate the AC with the generator!We had exceptional service!Highly recommend

Recently, my Generac unit started running when I HAD electric. The transfer switch was defective. Jeff & daughter Cierra responded promptly, took care of the problem quickly & efficiently. As they did not install my unit, I wanted to pay them & have them reimburse me when they were paid by Generac, but they kindly chose to not accept my offer & wait on payment from Generac.I highly recommend Mountaineer Power & Fiber Optic & will call on them in the future.My original installer has yet to return my call.

You will not find better workmanship or value anywhere else. They are very professional, friendly and considerate of customer needs. They go the extra mile so as not to inconvenience you any more than absolutely necessary. Would highly recommend them for generator installation and any general electrical work.
