Horrible support

Good experience with routine service, but when we had a problem and needed help we were left without power for 7 hours due to a horrible service experience: 1. Our Generac Guardian stopped doing daily checks and had an error code. 2. The first service call fixed the problem, but it came back a couple days later 3. The second service call with the same codea couple weeks later was a repeat - it was working when they left and failed a couple days later. 4. The fhird call for support was made and they hadn't shown up days later when a storm knocked out power. We called and asked for emergency support and they said they were busy and "should be able to get to you tomorrow". Given the fact that we already had already been waiting days for another service call, we were very dissapointed that other customer "emergencies" took precendent and we fired them and found another authiorized service provider. Note that I rarely complain about service and have only left postivie online reviews. And if there was an option for zero stars, I would have chosen that.
