Had a Generac 9K installed by Morrill Electric in June, 2018 in my parents Riverside Haverhill home. I have always been concerned aboutcontractors doing (and not doing) quality work at my elderly parents home, so when I decided on getting a fool proof back-up generator for them, I had a million questions on which system does what, what will it power up, and what I have to do to turn it on. Now, these are easy questions when you have power and time to think about it, But as all of you know New England winters can be brutal. I didn't want to think about what had to be done when its 10 degrees out and the neighborhood is dark, the electric company telling me it will be days before power is restored. Now I know these types of systems are expensive, so I told myself that if I'm going to spend this amount of money I didn't want just anybody to install it. I'm sure most everybody has a friend, relative or buddy that's a licensed electrician. Sure they can do there best to install it when they get a chance on weekends that's convenient for them, give them a beer and some burgers and it might be done and done correctly in a couple of months. Sorry people, I wasn't gonna take that chance. If I was buying a Generac, I wanted it done right and installed by someone who knows these systems in and out, and can answer any question about it over the phone. Ozzie and his crew were amazing in getting this installed and operating. They had taken care of everything from having the gas company come out, to the landscaping, Pouring the cement footing for the Generac, EVERYTHING! in less time they had quoted me. I even show off how professional looking and neat the install is to the neighbors. The phone was answered by one of his staff everytime I called, and when I needed to talk to Ozzie he always called me back personally. I was asking him everything I could throw at him and never hung up on me!Cant say enough about the quality service I have received (and this thing hasn't even powered their house yet!) and when it does I have no fear that if I need help it's just a phone call away (trust me, this is a blessing if you have elderly parents).Can't say enough about how easy this experience has been.

Morrill Electric came when the said delivered excellent quote. Andrea help coordinate gas company. Installation went without a hitch. The whole experience was easy and pleasant. I would hire them for all my electrical needs. I can't wait to lose power!
