Great customer service

We needed to replace our home standby generator and John was recommended by our previous contractor. He was timely, prompt, and excellent with communication. He supervised every step of the process, from the delivery of the generator to the electrical work and the plumbing.

Outstanding Service

I finally took the plunge and moved forward with a home generator. Having no particular contacts other than through Generac, I was contacted by 2 dealers. John from Modica and another which I won’t mention their name. Needless to say the latter missed our appointment. I met with John who explained every step of the process to me; was friendly, personable, professional and on time. To me, communication amd understanding are important. John was extremely responsive to any text I sent and always answered the phone. He explained appointments and also handled all paperwork with the Town. I would highly recommend Modica Consulting!!

Excellent job!

Incredible service! Dealing with John was awesome. He knew exactly what was needed, and took care of it all. The whole installation process is quite intricate; from electrical, to gas, and even the permit aspects. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my inquiries [he even brought over some cookies and bagels :-) ]. Really glad he serviced us!
