John made the process stress free. After losing power on Christmas eve when it was 20 degrees out I knew it was time to get a back up generator. I called Generac. They gave my information to Modica consulting. Within minutes John called me. We met a few days later. He explained the process and answered all my questions. No question is a stupid question with John. And I am sure I repeated some questions. The installation crew was great. John was going away the day of my installation. He stopped at the house before he left for his trip. And he stayed in contact through out the day until the job was competed. If you are looking to get a Generac in his area I highly recommend John and Modica Consulting.
