    yes and no

    We purchased our whole house generator from this company while ago. While we were happy with the initial install, I have called a few times to ask a question or to request service work and have not been able to connect with them. I understand that everyone is short-staffed and busy but I can't even leave a message for a call back as the voicemail box is always full.

    Would not recommend

    Had an appointment set up and he did not show up or call. Tried to call and went to a full voice mail. I also texted him and he did not respond to the text.
