The service man made me suspicious of what he told me the first time I met him. He made a change without asking me if it would work for me. The 2nd time he came he out and out lied to and tried to get me to spend more money.

High Priced and Not consumer orientated

Called for generator service, got a call back 3 days later. Their $79 special for a service call was now $347. Terrible phone manors, had all the wrong information and attitude of take or leave it. I'll leave it.

I purchased my automatic standby generator from Mister Sparky. The electrician who installed my generator was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the product. They came out and quoted me several options and were able to install my generator the next day. It was a complete turn-key installation; they even coordinated gas hook-up. Turn-key and worry free on my end! I also purchased a generator maintenance plan as well as a mobilelink monitoring system from them. They call me every time my generator needs maintenance, ensuring my system will work properly when the power goes out. I highly recommend Mister Sparky!!!
