Mississippi Energy Services LLC

Great company

All personnel at Mississippi Energy Services,Terry, MS, are professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and courteous. The technicians installed my Generac three years ago. The office personnel informs me when the annual maintenance is due and sets up an appointment.

Simply the Best!

I got 6 quotes from Generac installation contractors and M.E.S. stood out heads and shoulders above all of the other competition. Some contractors were cheaper and some a little more expensive but no other company spent as much time with me at my house ensuring all bases were covered for their quote. This made my decision simple, it would be M.E.S all the way and I am SO glad I did!! I am just blown away at their professionalism and the quality of their work! After installation they went over EVERYTHING more than once and left me with a peace of mind that I just can't describe and I know that if I have questions or concerns that they are just a phone call away. Remember this: BUY CHEAP, BUY TWICE! If you are in the market for a whole house generator do yourself a favor, skip the rest and only go for the best, M.E.S.!!!! Thank you M.E.S. for an excellent product and PERFECT service!!

Works great!

Very professional people. They worked hard to make the connection look the best possible.

This is a great company

I contacted Mississippi Energy Services to get a quote for a home generator and they were excellent, from the ladies in the office, to Mr. Pope, who came out to give us the quote, to all the guys who came out and installed the Generac. They are all very professional and helpful. We are so glad we chose them.

Good Job!

Mississippi Energy Services did a great job for us. They came when they said they were coming. That was a good start! When they arrived to our location they were well prepared with all the equipment and parts the installation was going to require. The servicemen worked steady and did good work on the electrical line and gas piping. The unit worked as it was supposed to when it was turned on. They cleaned up what needed to be cleaned and there were no surprise costs associated with the installation. Mississippi Energy did a great job and I am glad I chose this company to purchase and install my generator.

Great Investment

Excellent Services. We purchased our Generac unit six months ago and it has been a blessing to us. We have had several electric power outages since we had our Generac installed. We are thankful that our Generac kicked on and we have not lost power or food spoilage. The dealer MS Entergy Service who installed our unit was very friendly and professional.

Outstanding Job team MEC

Their team arrived on time, communicated clearly, and maintained a clean, organized worksite throughout the job. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding, with meticulous attention to detail that exceeded our expectations. They completed the project on schedule and handled a few unexpected challenges with expertise and efficiency. We highly recommend Mississippi Energy Services for anyone seeking reliable, top-tier energy service work.

Great service!

We bought a generator from Mississippi Energy Services about a year ago, and have been very happy with our purchase. The sales experience and installation process were seamless, and we’ve experienced good customer service since. We even get a phone call each time our power goes out to check if everything is ok.

Outstanding Service!

My wife and I had a generator installed, and I wanted to give a special thanks to Travis and Lionel for the outstanding job they did. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable and thorough.

Great product

We had our generator installed one year ago. It has worked well, and we are very pleased with the generator itself and the customer service.
