Unit not running

I recently moved into a house that had a Generac whole house generator. I was told it worked at time of closing. After I moved in it would make strange sounds every now and then. Like a car not starting. I called Miller Electric to come and check it out. He found that my generator was not running at all. A gas valve on the other side of the house was shut off. Phil got my unit running and talked with me about its operation. I will be using them from now on.

My father was an electrician for a company in Asheville, NC for 35 years, so I know from first hand experience what to look for in an electrician with expertise in the field.Phil was a true craftsman and professional from sales to installation. Communication was excellent. They were very comfortable with the generator installation and worked right along with the electrical inspector and utility company. It only took them a few hours to complete and the guys cleaned up when they were finished like they had never been here. I would use Miller Electric of Knoxville for all my electrical needs and would highly recommend them to anyone.to end.
