Salesman Never Called Back

I contacted them twice and was told a salesman would be calling me . Its been 3 or 4 weeks. They never called me.

We had been looking to place a generator at our home for quite some time. We did some queries over the years but didn't feel comfortable until we heard about Miller Electric and met with them at our house. Jim Miller and John Gearhart showed up and gave my wife and I several options and presented some suggestions on things we had not even thought about. There was absolutely no pressure but a lot of expertise. We agreed on a Generac 20kW for the whole house and the installation was done quickly, thoroughly, and done right the first time. I was so impressed with Miller Electric's professionalism that I asked them to install a 48 kW Generac generator at our business. Again, installed professionally and in good time even in some adverse weather. Miller Electric also installed remote monitoring devices on both generators. Now I can access both generators from my phone or computer no matter where I am, including out of town. This gives me great peace of mind.Miller Electric has a great reputation in our local community and they truly deserve the good reputation. It is clear they earned it! Very responsive and professional company

Miller Electric LTD of PA installed a 14 KW Generac Air-Cooled Whole House Standby Generator at my home. The whole process was quick and efficient. The salesman made creative suggestions resulting in a whole house transfer switch which was simpler to install and did not require picking and choosing circuits to back up. Miller was very responsive when the placement of the generator had to change. When there was a threatened Power Co strike, Miller expedited the install to get the transfer switch installed before the strike. The scheduled commitments were met, installers showed up promptly and worked efficiently. I am very pleased with Miller Electric and Generac. I highly recommend them to you.

Great Company and Great Product

Miller Electric LTD of PA is a very knowledgeable and creditable company to deal with. I received my Generac 20/18 kW Air-Cooled Whole House Standby Generator very shortly after I decided to purchase it. Miller Electric had one in stock and ready to go! The 20kW model was large enough to connect my entire home, including our apartment over the garage to natural gas. The individual who sold me the generator was extremely knowledgeable regarding Generac Generators. He made two extended home visits to insure proper placement prior to installation and answer all questions to my satisfaction. This was done because I had decided to place the generator in a different location, which was not our original agreed upon site. Installation was done by Miller Electric professional electricians, and the same was done through Miller Electric by professional plumbers with regard to hook up to my home gas line. I have not as yet had the opportunity to see the generator in action due to a power outage, but it does do a self test once a week and it is AWESOME! Miller Electric is a great company with integrity, perseverance and a passion to be the best of the best in their profession. I highly recommend them to you.
