We're glad we chose Mikus for sales and installation.Mike walked us through the whole process and answered all our questions and concerns on sit,after hours calls and through emails.His crew was a joy to have on our property and did a great job.Make spent extra time on our project to make sure the job was done correctly and to our expectations.

Mikus Electric is top notch

I highly recommend Mikus Electric, from the initial consultation, through install Mike and his team were extremely informative, accommodating, and easy to work with. Mike took the time to walk me through the process regarding the install and necessary steps to ensure my home was ready to receive our generator. The install was smooth and they walked my through all of the ins and outs of managing the generator, which requires minimal effort. Since install they have been responsive and quick to answer any questions I have. I met with multiple generac vendors before making my final decision, and I am glad I went with Mikus.

Mikus Electric - totally awesome!

Mikus Electric did an absolutely fantastic job of installing my Generac and has maintained it perfectly. They are true professionals. I had some very specific ordinances to adhere to and Mikus hit them to the letter. As far as overall customer service, 5 star. I highly recommend Mikus Electric and am truly glad I found them.

Among the worst professional experiences

If only I could leave negative stars. Dealing with Mike from Mikus Electric was a terrible experience. His communication was terrible, nearly 4 months from my payment his office finally contacted me about generator installation. They said they'd send paperwork that was required for install, never sent. Finally emailed, illegible. They show up, we didn't realize we needed trencher. I ask for training session on generator, he fails to show up. Oh, and cusses me out cause he needs to be paid. There's a reason they need the Costco business and it's not because they're attracting customers with their great service. Run don't walk away from Mikus.

No Follow Through

Installed the wrong sized generator, didn\u2019t get the inspection completed. Wiring was not to code, electrical still not correct. Doesn\u2019t respond to calls.

Every person I came in contact with was extremely professional. It started with the owner of the company coming to my home, giving me a very competitive quote and then getting the installers started almost immediately.
