Does not return phone calls
He did not return my initial phone call. He is too busy and does not need the business apparently. I can't stand businesses that can't extend this basic courtesy.. Call someone else.

Dealer did a professional job. Great to work with
My Generator had a gasket oil leak on the oil pump. Did a great job. Calls back in a timely manner.

Other than the fact that he doesn't have someone to answer his phone for him except his own cell and has to get back to you, the work is great, the price if fantastic, and according to our local inspectors he has always passed with flying colors. He is very nice, professional and cannot asked for a better person to deal with.
