Installed. Need to set up annual maintenance. Electricians were good and informative. One suggestion is that client should be told when the electricity will be cut.

Installation team arrived early, were extremely professional, patient with all my questions. Did a very neat and professional installation, cleaned up everything, no mess in the house (considering they had to work in 3' of snow, 9 degree temps and 20 mph winds). Certainly one of the better crews we've ever had.

Excellent and Easy Experience

My husband and I moved in with his father in an older neighborhood that has lots of power outages when there are storms - last winter we were out of power for 2.5 days! We had been thinking about a generator for some time and found Midwest Generator at the Minneapolis Home and Garden Show. They were very professional and made the whole experience extremely easy. We are happy with the price/financing and thrilled to know that we can rely on our generator for years to come.

The team at Midwest didn’t let an unprecedented, water-laden snowstorm deter them from conducting 90% of our generator install! Further, they were cognizant of our lawn and picked a suitable date for burying the line so that the ditch digger wouldn’t damage the traversed lawn. Great, polite team all around!
