Very unprofessional

Nicole in the office was childish and unprofessional. I didn’t swear, but I raised my voice in my utter frustration to get this company to bring me two generators; after eight months of back and forth I had finally had enough and voiced my frustration loudly. She hung up and blocked my calls like a junior high girl. Finally got through to Kirby, she said they wouldn’t come out because Nicole was her boss and had banned me. This outfit is apparently run by females with no sense of customer service. Sad and pathetic.

We had a standby generator installed this week, and I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the job (sales, installation and contacts by phone and email). All personnel I dealt with (from a layman's perspective) seemed highly experienced and fully qualified. All in all, a very good experience for a seemingly complex job!

I HAVE HAD MIDWEST DO ELECTRICAL IMPROVEMENTS TO OUR HOME IN THE TWIN CITIES. LAST SUMMER WE RELOCATED TO POPE COUNTY, OUR ELECTRICAL SERVICE IS NOT RELIABLE , A HEAVY RAIN, AND A POWER OUTAGE, MEANS WE WILL HAVE A FLOODED BASEMENT. WE HAD MIDWEST INSTALL A 20 KW STAND BY PROPANE GENERATOR. AND SURE ENOUGH, AFTER A HEAVY RAIN WE LOST OUR POWER. IT SAVED US HAVING A FLOODED BASEMENT. I WOULD DO IT ALL AGAIN, THE GUYS AND GALS AT MIDWEST ARE THE BEST!!!!

I'd give this dealer a 5 star rating if I had more experience purchasing generators. I felt that I got great, no hassle, service however I think I paid a decent price for it as well.

From start to end the job was very professional. Sales and installers responded to all our questions and concerns. After installation all question quickly handled and their responses address our questions. We haven't had an outage yet.

Very Professional

I had a Generator installed by Midwest Electric and Generator back in July after all the Storms came through the Twin Cities. I was out of power for 5 days. I called Midwest Electric and Generator and the office staff was very helpful and professional. The owner himself came out and gave me a free estimate and was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to explain things to me so I would understand and felt comfortable with my decision making. The Generator was installed and ready to go all in 1 day. It was amazing and now I can feel safe that my home is taken care of. I truly recommend Midwest Electric and Generator.
