Midwest Electric And Generator, LLC

Excellent purchase!

We are so pleased with our new Generator, the installment team and the whole process! It is clear this team knows their stuff! Thank you!

Very Pleased

We hope we don't need it but hope is not a plan. Minnesota currently has an ignorant energy mandate in place using unreliable landscape and wild life ruining solar farms and wind generators. The workers were accommodating and knew their jobs. The weekly test took place as it was programmed to do. A circuit breaker failed the first day, but Midwest sent a worker out to replace it that same day. We are very pleased with our choice.

Generac 24k generator

Great peace of mind having our new generator. Midwest Electric is the real deal also. Totally professional from start to finish. Excellent company to deal with. I could not be happier.

Generator installation

I had an absolute great experience from start to finish getting a whole house generator installed. Everyone I spoke to especially the technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. The installation took a half a day and now we have the ultimate peace of mind. Thank you for such a great experience!

Installers did a very nice job and cleaned up well after completing the job.

Dependable generator

Midwest has been great to work with. The process overall has been smooth and we now have a dependable full size home generator.

Excellent!

Excellent professional installers. Arrived when they said they would (an awfully cold day here in MN), worked quickly, and were pleasant, to boot. Lost power a few days later, the generator kicked in, and my blood pressure returned to normal. Wish I had bought one years ago; I go ballistic when the power goes out, no matter for how long, and this unit has probably added years to me life!😎🤙🏻

Great Customer service

The entire process from the quote to the install was very timely and extremely professional. I would highly recommend calling Midwest and getting your Generac installed.

Great peace of mind!

It was a crazy weather year locally as storms caused our power to go out three times. Above ground power lines with lots of trees is not a good combination for uninterrupted power. We decided to buy a Generac generator from Midwest Electrical And Generator to alleviate any future outages. All went as hoped for. Very smooth and professional at every step of the process. Although we have not lost power since our generator was installed, we have great peace of mind!

Rough start but ok

The only gripe I have is with the initial visit. I told the estimator where I wanted it and he said ok. Well when the crew arrived they told me it would be too close to the house so I couldn't put it there. This resulted in me, 2 electricians and 2 guys from Federated Propane standing around with our thumbs up our butts trying to decide where else to put it. It did work out but only after a few choice words regarding the 1st guy!
