Michigan Electrical Service LLC

Very professional company everything they said they would do they did. Installation was done and everything looks great

Company was great!

Our new generac is now installed! We are so happy with the service we received from Michigan Electrical Service. Professional from Tom coming to our home and explaining each step, support from the main office helping us with Consumers and answering every question we had about the process. The crew that came on installation day was friendly and so knowledgeable. Lastly, the final step after inspection was prompt and our Generac is up and running. Alex was so helpful when setting up the mobile app. While we do not want a power outage, we are feeling very secure that we will never have to light a candle for light again! Thanks you!

Great features!

Michigan Electrical quoted the best price and installed an 18KW in just a few hours and it works perfectly!

Applause to MES

My parents live in Farmington Hills, Michigan and over the past 3-4 years, the number of power outages and their duration have been increasing. When the power goes out, my parents refuse to leave their home, even despite dangerously low (winter) or high (summer) temperatures that may exist when the power is out. Getting a generator was to preserve the health and well-being of our parents. Estimates from 3 installers were solicited. Michigan Electrical Services (MES), and the other two, one recommended by a friend, the other advertised on television. Here are how they stacked up for the same size generator. Competency: Apparently, not all installers perform estimates. The first co. that came out, the estimate was ok; the installation seemed straight-forward enough. Then came Tom from MES. Tom provided significantly more detail of the installation process and particularities about my parent’s home that will be addressed. With the final company, and having more insight from Tom, if we went with this final company, installation issues were guaranteed. When this final company’s estimator would make a claim, I’d ask the individual about it with information Tom provided. Repeatedly, this last estimator would realize his claims were just wrong! Price: My friend’s suggestion, $10g over MES’s estimate, for the generator! The one that advertises on television, appr. $4g more. Michigan Electrical Services! clearly beat the others on price! Extended Warranty: Michigan Electrical Services provided a better extended warranty. And one of the others required a mandatory service program for $400.00 a year for the extended warranty period which would have added thousands to the generator price. Customer Service: After final inspections from the city, Tom, the owner, came out personally, started up the unit, and sat with us at the kitchen table and answered all our questions. And throughout the installation process, Leslie, Jackie and all the installers were quick in returning calls and always kind. The next power outage, I’m confident my parents will remain in comfort, the kids will be less stressed, and all the conveniences we take for granted while we have power will continue to run. Thanks Michigan Electrical Services!

Beautiful workmanship

Could not ask for a better crew to do the work! Excellent placement of the generator and excellent workmanship. My strongest recommendation.

Highly recommend them for your generator or electrical needs!

Along with great customer service and communication throughout the whole process, also made recommendations for improving existing electrical in our home. Always had issues with certain appliances tripping breakers if alot of use at once. That is now no longer an issue with the electrical work and no worries with power outages anymore. Also as a veteran I recommend them to all fellow brothers and sisters of the armed services. They will take the time to listen to your needs or questions with the whole process.

trustworthy, excellent master electricians superb service by everyone on the staff.

I am forever grateful that friends recommended Tom Watson as owner of Muchigan Electrical Services to install My whole house Generac. I would highly recommend this company!

I was pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of the employees of this company. They kept me posted on all of the steps along the way, up to the completed instillation. Tom and Tyler did an excellent job installing the generator, and kept me informed on every step of the installation. Jackie sent me all the necessary printed information for the warranty and maintenance of the Generac generator. I couldn't ask for a better company or people to work with.

Outstanding sale and installation

I gave Michigan Electric five stars because I couldn't give it six. Their price was the lowest of three dealers from whom I got proposals. The owner and all employees were very professional and extremely friendly. Installation took place exactly when I was told it would be when I signed the contract. The installers did an excellent job and cleaned up when they finished. Michigan Electric is one of the best contractors with whom I have done business. I strongly recommend it for electrical work.

Extremely pleased with their service
