I was pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of the employees of this company. They kept me posted on all of the steps along the way, up to the completed instillation. Tom and Tyler did an excellent job installing the generator, and kept me informed on every step of the installation. Jackie sent me all the necessary printed information for the warranty and maintenance of the Generac generator. I couldn't ask for a better company or people to work with.

I gave Michigan Electric five stars because I couldn't give it six. Their price was the lowest of three dealers from whom I got proposals. The owner and all employees were very professional and extremely friendly. Installation took place exactly when I was told it would be when I signed the contract. The installers did an excellent job and cleaned up when they finished. Michigan Electric is one of the best contractors with whom I have done business. I strongly recommend it for electrical work.

The crew that installed my 24k W, full house generator did an excellent job. The day of installation the temperature was only 23 degrees with snow on the ground. The crew, lead by Master Electrician Tom, were well organized and all work was completed in a timely manner and was also very clean and tidy.Tom explained everything very well and made sure the generator worked perfectly. I will continue to use Michigan Electrical Service to service my generator. They are trustworthy and honest.

After receiving 5 different estimates, I recently replaced my 15 year old Generac with a larger unit. I knew what the cost of the generator was so I was looking for a knowledgeable company with reasonable installation costs. With MES there were no surprises. We had the opportunity for our Generac to activate and it performed perfectly. We were very satisfied with experience of having our generator installed. When the electrical inspector inspected the installation he mentioned the excellent work of the installer. He also said "they always do excellent work".

Tom is the consummate professional. He knows the field inside and out. He also wired my newly constructed pole barn, doing a clean, crisp job. The generator looks great, the installation is tidy. I expect the machine to provide us with confidence for decades. Tom will be our go-to person for maintenance on this machine and any other electrical needs we have in the future.

MES just completed the install of my standby generator. They promptly came out to give me an estimate. They recommended a unit that would power my home and did not try to sell me a larger unit than I needed. Their estimate was detailed and clearly identified everything involved. They were punctual for all their appointments and did an excellent job on the installation including bringing tarps to protect my floors and hauling away all the trash from the job. All in all, they were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
