Horrible
Michael-Clark Company has amongst the worst customer service ever received for any service or product. Its not worth my time to give details, but you have been warned. Let your first 5 minutes of dealing with them confirm or disprove this rating.

Tracy was very professional and friendly
They came and serviced our generator after hurricane and did a great job, even though I am sure that they had substantial damage to their facilities and vehicles in Cape Coral. I strongly recommend them.

Just try to call
Absolutely no response to phone calls. This dealer should be removed from Generac because they are sure to tarnish Generac's commitment to quality and customer service.
