Jim Mossner of MGEN installed a 24 kw Generac generator and did an fantastic job. He is very knowledgeable and professional while being friendly and personable. After installation, he went thru a short training process with us and told us to call him with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Jim and MGEN for your generator needs.

Offered advice over the phone and when that didn't work went out of his way to make the service call .

We spent 3 years debating the cost of a whole house unit vs portable before going with a portable. What a mistake. Loud, used a lot of gas and limited how many outlets we could use. Called Jim again and had him install a whole house unit and have been totally satisfied with his install and performance. It has kicked in 3 times now in a year. No gas to dump in, cords to run and shuts off when power is restored without guessing. Well worth the investment.

From start to finish, Jim was very professional. He explained what was included and suggested what size we needed for our home. He wasn't "pushey" in suggesting a larger than needed unit. A plus, he carries all needed parts if service is required-some "multi" brand dealers only carry limited parts for any particular brand.
