Excellent Work and Response

Mark Ferenc has done an excellent job installing our Generac Generator. Very neat, responsive and excellent follow up, coupled with quick responses to any questions, answers emails. He shows up as promised and completes the job in the shortest possible time. He is hard working and much focused. All plumbing, electrical and fire inspection passed with flying colors! Mark is also very mindful of customer's time; he rapidly goes through installation location and what needs to be done. He is consistent on what needs to be done. Other dealers spend a godly amount of time and never reach consistent conclusion as what needs to be done and the location of the Generator. We are very pleased with Mark who is also friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Excellence Installation and Service

Mark and their crew were just remarkable. We settled on a 22Kw Generac for a price that was much better than the competitors. It didn't stop there. Not only was their team clean, professional and courteous, they were always there when promised. Having Mark himself come afterwards to go over the system step by step was just the icing on the cake. I have already recommended them to most of my town!

No only were they on top of their game they totally coordinated and managed our propane install as well.Mark was fantastic - really on top of everything - regular calls and emails to ensure we know exactly what was going on. Professionalism from start to finish

We has our Generac natural gas powered stationary generator installed by M. F. Electric, and I can't say enough about how easy it was. The initial consultation was friendly and helpful, and the rep worked with us to find the best location for the generator. The team that did the installation was courteous, quick and neat -- and that includes running the gas and electric lines inside my basement along the entire length of the house because of where the generator needed to be positioned compared to the gas meter. We passed all of our inspections the first time, and the unit is functioning perfectly few months after installation.
