    Knowledge of Generac home generators poor

    Called to have our generator repaired. Informed the office person that I recently changed the oil and filter, and that did not need to be done. Although info was given as to what the diagnostic light inside unit indicated, the tech changed the oil and filter. Called for the status and was told they were not sure of the problem, and they were researching the problem. Not the kind of service I want.
