Metrowest Power LLC

Outstanding service/work

I highly recommend MetroWest Power Marlborourgh Ma. I am always impressed with the outstanding work and customer service that Mike and Gary provide us. Whether it is with our contracted service calls or if I call in with questions, I know I can count on Beth, Mike, Gary and the entire MetroWest Power Team. They always go above and beyond making sure all my questions are answered. Thank you MetroWest Power Team!

Great Experience

We've had our Generac whole house generator for about two years now. So happy with it and with Metrowest Power. After contacting a local electrician that installed generators as one aspect of their service I was unable to even get a quote for a generator. I contacted Metrowest Power and had a generator installed within a few weeks. They handled all the permits, electrical installation, gas line installation and inspections. Their maintenance plan ensures our generator works when we need it and we've needed it more often than I anticipated! Couldn't be happier!

6 Star Service!

I researched a whole home generator for six weeks. I meet with several companies and received many quotes. I made the final decision to go with Metrowest Power not just because they were more than $1100.00 less expensive but because of Mike. He didn't just answer all my questions , he was the only one who included a larger home generator for the price he quoted. He was professional and polite through the entire process. He and the crew showed up on the day and time and immediately went right to work! Josh and Gary were excellent! They kept me informed as to what they were doing throughout the process. I could not have asked for a better group of people. Metrowest carried the ball from A to Z! I will be signing up for their maintenance and monitoring service in the years to come! I know I am in good hands with Metrowest Power.

Great company/investment

Well, there are not a lot of anxieties you can buy your way out of, but having Metrowest Power install our whole-house Generac in December of 2019 has alleviated at least one fear - not insignificant as our household is comprised of older and/or disabled adults. We rarely experience power outages of more than a few minutes in our small town, and this week was the first time the power went out for several hours since the Blizzard of ‘78! Our generator kicked on immediately and we were able to enjoy peace of mind, and to extend courtesy to our neighbors. Mike and Beth are and have been terrific all throughout the process - forthright, patient, kind, and competent, and their service is reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!

Easy to Work With!

Made the process easy, with an honest quote, and good support. Worked with us on location to place generator, what size we should get to run the entire home (and I mean entire), and what additional tech would be needed to make it all operate seamlessly. Great team of professionals.

Went out of their way to be helpful

Quick, less $ than quoted and extremely courteous!

Recommend them without hesitation.

The Metrowest Power team was excellent and the project was very well-run from start to finish. Could not be more happy with the installation and price.

Amazing service from MetroWest Power!

I highly recommend MetroWest Power. They were great to work with.

Metrowest Power (EMass.) is great

The Sullivans and their staff are great: smart, friendly, reasonable, good value. They don't oversell. Their techs are all as capable and nice as they are. (I had my own plumber do the gas part 8y ago --- small savings, actually --- and they pronounced it perfect, but my electrician badly crossed wiring and was repeatedly unable to troubleshoot to a fix! Their electrician nailed it quickly for a moderate charge. My bad.) Their servicing since install has been good and prompt.

Metrowest was great to work with

I recently did a full home generator installation with Metrowest. They were fantastic to work with every step of the way. I can't recommend them highly enough.
