First Class Customer Service

Had another dealer performing maintenance and service on my generator. On Monday 10 July, I noticed an oil spot on my grass and the red light was on. I contact that dealer for an appointment they said the earliest they could get someone to look at my generator was the week of 8 August (30 Days). On 12 Juiy, I search the Genrac site for another dealer and came across MetroPower at 2:36, I called and explained what was going on with unit...the gentleman said I can have someone look at your unit within the next day or 2...10 mins later I got a call from Steve, he stated he could be at my house within the hour. Steve arrived at 3:35 and had the generator running within 5 mins 3:40 pm (Bad oil pressure switch) ...now thats 1st Class customer services. MetroPower has a new customer, I signed up on the spot for the maintenance plan.

Great Service

Had a dealer taking care of my generator for years and the service just got worse with time. My generator quit working and they could not get out for 3 weeks..... I called Generac and they gave me Metropower's information and they were out the next day and got me up and running. Thanks for the great service!!

All contact from beginning to end has been above everything I have experienced in many years. This includes the sales contact (Jeremy), installation team whose names have slipped my mind, and Paul who provided a very thorough final test and check of the installation including the education of myself about the entire system. Metro also coordinated with the company who installed the LP storage system. In summary CUDIOS to all.

Dealer is good, very responsive and fast

Just had maintenance done, very professional, thorough, and explained everything in detail. Answered all my questions with clear and easily understood terms. Did a super job of cleaning the machine and check out, assisted me in setting up the wi-fi connections and made it work . Highly recommend this service and dealership.

We purchased a home generator mid 2021 so we did have to wait several months for the install due to COVID but this was understandable.

A company that puts the customer irst

I had. a Generac whole house installed. The installation was flawless I have had a few problems, but each time, within a few hours a tech was at my house resolving the issue. Some warranty work was needed and again no hassle. I highly recommend this company. In fact this is the most customer responsive company I have ever used

Flawless Transition

We had a whole house Generac generator installed recently with an automatic transfer and the transition from our normal power source to the generator power was flawless. It couldn't have gone smoother. I'm pleased with Generac, MetroPower and Frankie, simply the best!
