From the time I called and spoke to Lenore to set up the appointment and quote I was immediately welcomed as part of the Metro Electric family. She gave me a history of the company, what the appointment and quote process would entail and asked me various questions about reasons for looking into buying the Generac. After being treated with the utmost respect, I knew this was the company to use. Rick B came out to look at my property and to thoroughly go over the quote with me. The rest of the office staff Brittany, Katie and Stacy were amazing. It took me less then a day to say yes to my quote. Jason R, Alan and Jim were the technicians who showed up to install my Generac. From the moment they stepped foot on my property they were the most professional and respectful individuals. They took their time and walked me through each step after the install was completed. There was no rush and they answered every question I had. Metro Electric and their staff mentioned about made this purchase decision easier with how they treated me and their overall care for the customer. I can't say enough about Metro Electric, they in stalled my stand by generator in a day, cleaned up when done like they were never here. The two tech's did thier job with precision and the up most professionalism, answered any and all questions that i had and went over everything when finished. I feel very confident having a Generac I listen to it after they put it in yesterday and it\u2019s very quiet I am excited that they run it every Wednesday cannot wait to hear it but I am thrilled to have this in my house and I feel totally secure having this being on vacations and at work basically seven days a week throughout the year being a farmer thank you so much for everything you\u2019ve done for me!
