Metro Electric

New Standby Generator

The whole process from sales to installation was smooth and thorough. Took the time to answer all of my questions pre and post sale and also walk me through the operation of the standby generator once it was installed. Everyone was professional and helpful. Spoke with a total of three installers and I'm glad I went with Metro.

Installation experience

Installation was excellent, the crew were a well oiled machine.

great job

Technicians were professional and were fast as well as answering all questions. Job loked great after the team of Allex, TJ, and Brett were done. Great job!!

Very satisfied customer

Metro Electric gave a firm quote with no added or hidden costs. They were very professional and courteous. They removed my old water-cooled 500 pound generator with a lift truck without damaging my lawn because they put down plywood over the grass. At the end of the installation they gave us a binder with all the relevant paperwork and set up our internet connection.

Great product Generic

I am very happy with the installation. The politeness of the three men(TJ,Alex,Jim) and how clean everything was when they were done. I also liked the way they informed me about every step of the installation and how it would work.

Great Experience!!

We've been thinking about this for a long time and decided to make the move on it earlier this year. Attempted to get quotes from three other local contractors and all three were disasters! Right from the initial telephone contact Metro was different... Rick came out to do the estimate. On time as scheduled. He was really thorough, followed a well-defined process, and was totally transparent about everything he found (like the fact that my local municipality would require changing the range to 4-conductor wiring). He covered everything up front! I would recommend asking for him. My internal coordinator was Bailey. She was also thorough and totally on top of the whole process – scheduling, permitting (which was a fiasco), financing, Miss Dig, Consumers – she handled everything! The team that did the actual install was TJ, Alex and Brett. Great guys. Diligent and careful. Laid out the plan and made sure I was comfortable with it every step of the way! Answered all my questions without acting like I was an inconvenience. I’d let them work on my house again! All-in-all it was a great experience and I have already recommended them to friends who have mentioned they are in the market for a generator!

Amazing Team

From start to finish, Metro Electric has been wonderful to work with. TJ, Jason, Alex, Brett, and Rick were incredibly professional and knowledgeable in installing our whole house generator. The whole Metro Electric experience has been very welcoming and left us feeling confident in our decision in choosing them. We would recommend this company to anyone!

Best Generac install

TJ, Jason, Alex, and Brett came out to install my new generator and did a great job. They installed everything quickly and the service was excellent.

Great Product

Buying a standby whole house generator was an important decision. It had to be Generac. I needed a professional, thorough installation and maintenance and I got that with Metro. The install team ( TJ, Alex, Jim & Brett) was great. If my home loses power I feel secure knowing Generac and Metro Electric has me covered.

Metro & Generac are tops

We decided to purchase a home generator a few months ago.when we started our search our parents did the same thing. They went with Metro Electric and could not stop talking about what a great job they did. I’m here to say the crew was above and beyond what we were told. We’ve had a lot of renovations this last year and every contractor we’ve hired has been 5 Star but the crew and people from Metro pushed it beyond 5 Star. Go with Metro and I promise you will be writing a 5 star review yourself.
