Horrible Communication from Management

Management:There is no communication from management. Waited 7 months for a generator only once were we ever contacted with a " out of date" letter... Then we were called one morning,months later to inform us that they wanted to install the generator "that" day.... lucky we we're even in town...

Dont call these people

They do NOT return phone calls as they said they would. My part never got ordered. Terrible worst service.

Never would call back

Had these guys come and assess my generator needs back in 2019. Got an estimate from them, but when I called back to start process of buying the generator and starting install, no one would call back. After multiple calls and no one calling me back I went with another provider and they came out and did the install within 2 weeks. Quote from other provider was also substantially less than these guys.

Great Experience

I looked at several companies before deciding on Metro Electric and I am glad I picked them. Their office staff kept me informed of the process and the people doing the install were all professional, 1st class and personable. I wish I could list them by name, but I would not want to miss anyone. No buyer's remorse at all. Excellent product, excellent service and excellent employees. I would defintely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

We have had our generac for several years now. Metro electric installed our unit and we signed up for their maintaince agreement. They have always responded quickly with any concerns we may have had. They remember to call before coming to make sure our little dogs are put inside to avoid them escaping the back yard. Overall we have been very satisfied and recommend them often.

This company and their employees were professional and extremely helpful.They worked hard to find a location that worked for my generator, that answered my safety concerns. They kept me updated on the progress of my order and did follow up calls to make sure I was pleased.They also left my property clean and removed all debris.Overall very pleased with this experience.
