Pros: The generator looks great! We like the app that monitors the unit. The generator has already been used due to a power outage and performed perfectly.

The team from M&D were excellent. They did the job in timely manner. Very polite and when there was a slight problem with the NIPSCO they had them come over right away to fix the problem. After NIPSO left they double check all connections to make sure there was a tight fit without any chance of gas leaks. They cleaned up all the mess from installing. Explained how everything work, made sure I understood how the generator work. Made sure the generator was hooked up to the WIFI so and problems that might happen can be sent to the monitoring system right away. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a stand-alone generator.
