Mark and his team at McLaughlins Energy Service did a phenominal job throughout the entire process of quoting, inspection, install and follow up. All permiting was handled directly with Gas and Power Companies. Scheduling and installing was done promptly. The team was very friendly , respectful of property and very efficient completing quickly with very little power interruption on day of install. I would highly recommend McLaughlins.

McLaughlin's has provided incredible customer service during the process of acquiring a full house standby generator. From Sales, thru the inspection process and completing the project. Everyone on their team, from in the office to out in the field, has gone beyond the call of duty and exceeded expectations with their friendliness, honesty, integrity, quality work, communication and responsiveness. It's so refreshing to encounter people who care in any field, and especially in this area.

I had 10 to 15 dealers give me estimate and there was a great difference between each. Some just gave estimates over the phone. Most would install the generator but I needed to get a gas company to install the gas part. And of course being on a retirement income price was a big concern and I found a big difference in price form one dealer to another. Also McLaughlin's Home Heating was the only one that did a survey of the home equipment giving me a print out of the load requirements. Which with out it it would have been a deal breaker with the electrical inspector. I found them more then qualified and all there employees very nice to deal with.
