Mccay Southern Generators

24 KW Generator

McKay Southern was very professional starting with the sales person through the installation crew and the follow on support. We live in an area of Knoxville where power outages are common due to trees. Since installing in November 24 we have used the whole house generator 3 times due to outages and it has performed flawlessly. I would highly recommend Generac and McKay Southern for your backup power needs.

Highly Recommend

Highly recommend McCay Southern for installing any Generac generator. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. They explained everything in detail and everything works perfectly. The price of the unit I purchased was reasonably priced for the work involved. The office kept me updated on what to expect leading up to the installation date. Excellent company to do business with.

Highly Recommend

Everything as promised. Josh and crew made sure every decision was ran by me and they couldn't have been more professional and kind. I would highly recommend McCay Southern for your Generac home generator.

Very competent company.

McCay Southern is a very professional, very competent company. When I contacted them to bid the project, they responded quickly and their presentation was thorough and straight forward. They recently did the rough in for the whole home generator we're installing in the house we're building. Their work is top notch and the crew were pleasant and easy to work with. I recommend them without reservation.

Very Pleased

Each and every step in the purchase and then placement of our generator was made easy by the fine folks at McCay. The initial discussion about what size generator we needed and all the steps was made easy for us by McCay. Then the installation team arrived on schedule, they we professional and had the generator installed and cleaned up in just a few hours. This is a top notch organization with team members who are proud of their company, their product and proud of the job they do. We are very pleased we chose McCay. Great

The service I received was great, when they see anything wrong they call and are here to fix. The guy, James P. who came was very nice and I had a question and he was very good and explained what I was needing to know. Thank you McCay Southern Generators for everything. I rate you #5

Speedy and efficient

Speedy and efficient installation. Power Off for only 45 minutes. Had a full crew of people on hand to take care of business. Brought battery backup for my mom who is on Oxygen Therapy.

Excellent

Nathan and Justin were in the lead of a superlative team that did everything right. Every step was clearly explained and every question answered. Very professional in all respects. Work site was always maintained clean and neat (at least as much as possible working with mud). Appraiser and office staff provided top notch service. Highly recommend this crew and this company. Excellent.
