Mb Heating And Cooling INC

Cannot recommend this dealer. Terrible service.

We have had to use this dealer for many years. Have never been happy. When they installed our generator they could not bury the line due to frozen ground. It took us 5 months after the ground had thawed to get them to bury it. For service they set up a plan where they were to call us. They never called, we had to always initiate. When told what we needed they broke up the calls into emergency repair and basic service. (Basic-oil & oil filter only). Had to wait until it would not work to get them to do any real service. They say they didn’t have our number - how? They say we only wanted basic service - how come I am willing to spend thousands of dollars on a generator and then not take care of it? Unreliable.

terrible costumer service

First let me start by saying this is the first review I've ever done. MB had been servicing my generator for about 6 or 7 years. I had an issue with my generator that needed attention. the tech came to my house 2 days after I called. I have no problem with that. Its the way I was given the run around and lied to about a certain part that needed to be ordered. I was told I would receive a call in a day or two. That never happened. I always had to call them. After 3 weeks of lies and made up stories I called another company. That company came to the house and had my generator running good as new in 1:30! 34 days later MB showed up to finally fix my generator. Horrible! BTW the tech made sure to collect $90 when he came to leave me with out a generator when he first came.
