only complaint is the contractor they used for the gas line. First visit the lines were not marked for utilities so we had to wait a couple of weeks. then after they were marked they just showed up one day to do the work without notice. They did not do a great job with the replacement of dirt after. Matlock did a great job on their part very informative and helpful. Subcontractor lacked a lot to be desired

We inquired about a Generac generator for our home and were referred to Warren Welding.Steve Warren came to our home and explainedhow the generator worked, what size we wouldneed, etc .He was very honest and down to earth and we felt comfortable doing businesswith his company. They installed our generatorin a timely manner and, fortunately, we have had no power issues to date, but we feel veryconfident that if we did we would have servicethrough our Generac. They have respondedquickly to whatever questions we have hadsince we are new to this type of equipment.They have always been friendly and professional. Matlock was helpful and easy to work with when I needed a generator. Mark came and went through everything, listened to my needs and concerns, and got the installation date set. Justin came and did my installation and was professional and knowledgeable. In the office, Michelle got all the payment information set up and made it very easy.

I was thoroughly impressed with the entire staff of Matlock from Crystal in the office to the field technicians. They knew their stuff, were competent, efficient, and courteous from top to bottom. I could not have asked for nor expected more.

From Mark taking to time to come out to give the estimate (even though we live "a little outside" of their normal service area), all the way through final installation and testing, this was the best experience ever. Mark could have tried to sell us a larger unit, but he gave a truly honest power assessment. They worked very hard to accommodate the installation to my schedule, which can be very challenging due to my travel schedule. The installation, including plumbing and electrical, looks fantastic. I was concerned because our home would lose power 2-3 times a year. I contacted Matlock Electric and received immediate service. Matlock cordially walked me through the steps (sizing, fueling, testing,location etc.) to secure the Generac system. The system has activated twice this past year and worked to perfection. Upon activation I have been contacted by Matlock to assure the system is running efficient. I enjoy the peace of mind that Generac and Matlock Electric has provided for my family. I recommend both the Generac product and the Matlock Electric services. I truly appreciate their professionalism.
