I'm not sure where all the 5-star reviews came from - my messages have all gone unreturned. If they don't want or can't take on any more customers, they may want to communicate that.

Worst experience ever!!

I contacted this dealer in April, 2023 for a generator. They came right out and gave me an estimate. That all went well. Then I sent in a 50% deposit on 4/17/23 to take advantage of the 10 yr warranty special being offered by Generac. Had to be installed by 6/25/23. I called on May 15 as I had not heard anything and I proceeded to get the run around for 3 mos. until I finally requested my deposit back at end of July. Then took two weeks to get it - check lost in mail!! Every time I called I received a different answer - "oh we got some in but not yours", "oh yours was shipped", "oh, oops wasn't yours", on and on. Not once did they ever call me to tell me where we stood. I always had to call them. On one call they promised it would be installed by 6/25. Then they told me they found a "work around" to get 10 yr warranty if installed after 6/25. I have since called another dealer and will have installed by some one else. BTW - the new dealer said they have no issues getting generators from Generac. Usually takes a week.

Great Job Installing Generator

Great folks. Polite and professional. Installed a 14k generator beside the house. Didn't make a mess outside. Kept it clean inside. Demonstrated everything. No problems. Thank you.

The day of our install, three gentleman arrived at our house at 8:30 in the morning and then several trucks and several more men came when it was time to install the unit outside. They were very organized and thorough.

The Right Dealer

This team of electricians/install experts did an incredible job! Master Electricians continuously advised us as to the status of the generators arrival (delayed due to COVID). They were at our home in the timeframe they said they would be. Everyone was knowledgeable and kind to work with and I can't say enough about how efficient and succinct Alan was throughout the entire process. Everyone at Master Electricians has been a joy to work with and my husband and I highly recommend this company and crew!

Leave you high and dry

They did a great job installing my generator but when it comes to the yearly maintenance all you get is the run around. I schedule appointment and the never showed up when I called I got a lame excuse and Al said we would reschedule now they won\u2019t even call me back

Excellent contractor

Allen, Chris and the crew were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Allen put the generator in a trouble mode and then had me follow the instructions to get the generator back on line. This company was very responsive to out questions from Paul , Cindy, Allen, Chris and the rest of the crew. A pleasant experience working with this company.

This dealer is great

Allen and the crew were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Allen went over the working of our 16kw generator. He put it in a trouble mood and watched me as I followed the generator instructions to correct the problem. I highly recommend this company. Paul did the estimate . Paul and Cindy were very responsive to my questions and very helpful. Overall the company and employees are great to work with.
