Terrible follow up! I have been dealing with a problem with our brand new generator for over 8 months. Initially, Master Controls seemed very helpful and quick to respond when the problem started. It needed a replacement part, which I was told was ordered. Then, a month later, I was told the part came in but was missing a piece. And then...nothing. I called them again several months later and just got the brush off. Finally when Generac reached out to Master Controls on my behalf, nearly 2 months after my last contact with them (they told me then, as with the previous calls, that they would call me), Paul said they were just too busy to help me. Truly a terrible experience. They did not care about me or my family enough to even tell me they would not finish the job they started.
