Josh Garrell is an excellent technician.
I recently had the first issue with my Generac after 5 years of trouble free service. Josh Garrell came out and what a professional guy to have when I need service on my Generac. He was on time, courteous, and had it diagnosed and repaired in about 30 minutes. I have the exyrnded warranty good till 10 years. I am very fortunate to have his expertise on call should I ever need it again. Well done Josh!

great service
mark showed up when he said he would, and gave me a couple of diffrent ways of putting the generator in. he was profasinal and clear on everything he told me.
